Abundance of copy number imbalances in different cancer types

CNA_abundance_cancer.png Proportion of copy number imbalance coverage of cancer genomes for different diagnoses. On average, around 14% of a given cancer genome is not in a 2-allele copy number state, resulting in the potential misrepresentation of thousands of genes.
